Kaylea enjoyed her first resident Girl Scout Camp this summer! She spent two days and two nights at a local camp known for its horses. We dropped her off Sunday night and it was difficult to leave her as she knew no one there. She recovered from her first night (home sickness) and quickly made new friends with her camp leaders and fellow campers. She really enjoyed learning how to care for the horses and the trail ride on her horse "Sonny". She also braved the rock wall and climbed to the top! And although we did not have any contact from her during camp (terribly hard for Kristin to handle!) we did receive a photo cd with some great pics!
